STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

To ensure the best educational experience and maximum benefit, [ Fouad Hussien ] has prepared this

agreement outlining the rights, obligations, and terms for both the organization and the trainee.

By signing this document, the trainee acknowledges reading, understanding, and fully agreeing to all

terms.

Terms and Conditions

1- Registration and Payment

- A seat is reserved only after full payment or according to the payment schedule agreed upon with the

management.

- Payment is considered as acceptance of all terms and policies.

- In case of payment delay exceeding two weeks, the management reserves the right to cancel the

reservation or suspend services without prior notice.

2- Cancellation and Refund Policy

-If the trainee cancels two weeks or more before the start of the program: full refund.

-If cancellation occurs within the final week before the program starts: 50% refund.

-No refunds are allowed after the program has started, regardless of the reason.

-If the program is canceled by the organization, a full refund will be issued to the trainee.

3- Deferral

- Deferral is allowed up to two months before the start, provided a written request is submitted at least

one week in advance with a valid reason.

- Any deferral after the program starts is only allowed in emergency cases .

- Deferral does not change the installment schedule; payments must continue as originally scheduled.

4- Attendance and Absence

- A minimum of 80% attendance is required to receive a completion certificate.

- Absence from more than two sessions without official excuse constitutes a program breach, and the

organization is not obligated to compensate.

- Arriving more than 15 minutes late is considered an absence.

- Leaving the session before it ends counts as a full absence.

5- Organization Rights

- The organization reserves the right to modify or postpone training dates by up to two weeks for

emergencies, with prior notice to trainees.

- The organization is not responsible for any missed content or opportunities due to the trainee’s absence

or delays.

- The organization has the right to take disciplinary action (including suspension or dismissal) in cases of

verbal or behavioral abuse towards trainers, management, or peers.

- All training materials are protected by intellectual property rights; copying, sharing, or redistributing

without written permission is strictly prohibited.

6- Trainee Rights

- The trainee has the right to receive high-quality training as per the defined curriculum.

- The trainee may submit complaints through official channels (WhatsApp customer service number);

posting complaints on social media is prohibited.

- The trainee will receive a completion certificate upon meeting attendance and task completion

requirements.

- If evaluations and corrections are provided, the trainee has the right to resubmit tasks after

improvements.

7- Conduct During Training

- Attending sessions and actively participating in activities is mandatory.

- Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.

- Respect codes of conduct and discipline during training and when communicating with management

or trainers.

- Refrain from attempting to gain preferential treatment through unofficial means.

8- Certification

- A certificate of completion is awarded to trainees who meet the following:

- Attending at least 80% of sessions.

- Completing at least 80% of assigned tasks.

- Passing any final evaluations if applicable.

- The certificate is issued in the trainee’s name within one month after the program ends.

- Certificates of excellence are awarded based solely on outstanding performance.

9- Communication and Complaints

- Communication with management is only available through official channels (WhatsApp / official

email).

- Complaints or suggestions are handled internally; discussing them in unofficial groups or on social

media is strictly prohibited.

- Violating this clause may result in official warnings and possible denial of certain services.

10- Trainee Acknowledgment

I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge that I have read, understood, and fully agree to all the terms of this

agreement and understand that any breach may subject me to administrative actions by the organization.
